At Godolias International Hotel, we strive to make your booking experience smooth, secure, and convenient. Please review our booking policy before making a reservation.

1. Reservations

• Guests can make reservations via our official website, email (godolias2018@gmail.com), or phone (+251 46 2120460).

• A confirmed booking is guaranteed only after receiving confirmation from the hotel.

2. Payment

• Payments can be made online, by bank transfer, or at the hotel upon check-in, depending on the booking method.

• For group bookings or special packages, advance payment may be required to secure your reservation.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM

• Check-out: by 12:00 PM

• Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

• Cancellations must be communicated to the hotel via phone or email.

• Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and type of booking:

  • More than 48 hours before arrival: No charge

  • Within 48 hours of arrival: 50% of the first night may be charged

  • No show: Full first night charge may apply

• Modifications to bookings are subject to availability.

5. Special Requests

• Guests can request special accommodations such as extra beds, dietary requirements, or room preferences during booking.

• While we strive to meet all requests, they are subject to availability.

6. Group Bookings

• For bookings of 5 or more rooms, additional terms and conditions may apply, including deposit requirements and special cancellation policies.
