At Godolias International Hotel, we strive to make your booking experience smooth, secure, and convenient. Please review our booking policy before making a reservation.
1. Reservations

A confirmed booking is guaranteed only after receiving confirmation from the hotel.
2. Payment
Payments can be made online, by bank transfer, or at the hotel upon check-in, depending on the booking method.
For group bookings or special packages, advance payment may be required to secure your reservation.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request and may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations must be communicated to the hotel via phone or email.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and type of booking:
More than 48 hours before arrival: No charge
Within 48 hours of arrival: 50% of the first night may be charged
No show: Full first night charge may apply
Modifications to bookings are subject to availability.
5. Special Requests
Guests can request special accommodations such as extra beds, dietary requirements, or room preferences during booking.
While we strive to meet all requests, they are subject to availability.
6. Group Bookings
For bookings of 5 or more rooms, additional terms and conditions may apply, including deposit requirements and special cancellation policies.
